Bring the chicken broth and lemon juice to a boil and add the rice. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Pasta with Clam Sauce. 2 Tbs olive oil (for added flavor I use roasted garlic infused olive oil). 2-3 cloves minced garlic (more if preferred). 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 65oz. can minced clams. 1/2 cup white wine. In a medium sauce pan, add butter and oil. Cook over medium heat until butter melts. Add parsley, minced clams with broth, and 1/2 cup white wine.

Happy Anniversary, Honey! Our anniversary was actually yesterday, but I didn't get a chance to blog, so I'll do it today. We celebrated our 19th year of marriage! Troy took me to our favorite restaurant on the bay. A storm was coming in, so we were able to watch the dark clouds move our way over the water. The sun shone above us, though. It was beautiful.
