Rhymes With Me

Tuesday, December 23, 2008. Christmas Poems from the Heart. There was once a little fairy. That danced to and fro…. She loved the cold winter nights. And making toe prints on the snow. She loved the dark night sky. And seeing her breath turn to mist…. The moon shining down on her golden hair. But there was something that she missed. She wanted so much to be a star. A golden glowing light…. To sit up high on an evergreen tree. For someone's Christmas night. She flitted though the sky. The tots came down t...

Rhymes With Me

http://www.rhymeswithme.blogspot.com/2008/11/mothers-love-babys-hand-around-your.html

Sunday, November 9, 2008. This poem should actually be on my 'drug addiction' blog, but I thought I'd put all my poems on one blog. When you have kids, or if you do, you'll understand this poem better. A Mother’s Love. A baby’s hand around your thumb. Is a moment to cherish always,. You know your heart’s been taken. She has you the rest of your days. Smiling at the wind, breeze blowing her hair. She reaches for things unknown. That smile, those eyes, those tiny toes,. Rocking chair getting worn out….

Rhymes With Me: November 2008

http://www.rhymeswithme.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html

Sunday, November 9, 2008. OK, I'm into faires.and elves, wizards, dragons and all that. If you don't believe in fairies what is there to dream about? If we could fly like fairy’s can, up there in the sky. Watching all the dew dry off with a watchful eye…. Then we could fly down to the grass and take a little rest…. And never be afraid to dream along with all the rest. We’d dream of love and silly things and dragons’ tails and tales,. Smiling as we rode without a saddle on the snails. For a Little Boy.
