Step 1, acquire a decent condition wheel (the plastic part) to use to create a mold:. Step 2, acquire some liquid silicone rubber to make a mold of the aformentioned wheel:. Step 3, make the mold box:. Step 4, pour the first half of the mold:. Step 5, apply a mold release:. Step 6, pour the second half:. Again, no photo. It's just me pouring more purple goo. Upstairs floor →. February 14, 2015. On Friday the well diggers came and went down 20 feet without finding bedrock. They also didn’t find much surface water, which is surprising as the river is about 400 feet away from where we are drilling. This entry was posted in Renovation. Upstairs floor →. Kitchen progress →. March 14, 2015. They came. They drilled. They left a huge mess. There were two further insults after we finished drilling. The first was that the rock was so crumbly we had to add a liner or it might have collapsed upon itself and become completely unusable. It’s rusty, but I’d still like to keep my options open.
