A Small Look at Life in Our House. Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Which one of these is not like the other? Besides the obvious fact that Matthew's pose is different (more on that in a minute), Matthew is BLONDE! Dillon had lighter hair, but it was not this light! I see Matthew everyday, and I still get surprised how light it is especially when I catch a glimpse of me holding him in the mirror. Also, here's Brooke's first day of school. Monday, December 31, 2012. Out With the Old, In with.Actually, the Old is Not So Bad. However, my love for setting my sights on change, whether it's small improvements or big life-altering goals, can be a bit counterproductive. There's a very thin line between striving for a better "self" and running right over the happy "self" you already are. Saving more = stressing about coupons and sales and cutting corners.
