Accord Mets and Champagne Henriot. Filet de bar sauce citron et aneth. Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :. 500 g de bar. Le jus d'un citron. 3-4 branches d'aneth frais. 200 ml de crème fraîche liquide. 5-6 càs d'huile d'olive. Faire saisir les morceaux de bar dans une poêle anti-adhésive avec une cuillerée à soupe d'huile d'olive. Saler, poivrer, couvrir la poêle, baisser le feu et continuer la cuisson des morceaux de bar à feu très doux et à l'étouffé encore une dizaine de minutes, sans les retourner. Champ...
