Valencia Photography: Lockport Bridge

Friday, October 21, 2011. A well known covered bridge in our area, the Lockport Bridge, is located between West Unity and Stryker near Goll Woods Nature Preserve. It was constructed in 1999 and spans the Tiffin River. Measuring 30 feet wide and 167 feet long, this Side Howe truss bridge was designed by SSOE from Toledo, Ohio, and is constructed almost completely out of wood - with the exception of the tin roof.
