Friday, 22 June 2012. The most recent addition to the bird family has come in the form of a commission for an Indigo Bunting. These stunning blue birds are commonly found in the eastern and middle states, migrating from southern Canada to northern Florida. To stay true to their name I used indigo blue to dye the yarns, and log wood and henna for the dark brown. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Hello and welcome to my blog! View my complete profile. Sunday, 10 February 2013. Brand New in Store! I've started experimenting with some new techniques to expand my range of bags and purses. Here are my two newest editions! I was quite happy with the result (especially printing onto linen) so I'm going to try drawing more illustrations and apply them to fabric. Would love to know what you think!
