It's called 4-S in Spanish, and it stands for saber, sentimiento, salud, y servicio (knowledge, feeling, health, and service). News from the Rich Coast. Monday, April 20, 2009. One of the carpets made out of sawdust. This lady was watering the carpet so the sawdust wouldn't blow away. Another carpet made by the people who work at the city library. The main Catholic church in Comayagua, Honduras. Fresh fish with fried bananas. It was really good, and it only cost 100 lempiras, or 5 dollars! We went to a fish restaurant one afternoon: Theresa, Joe, and a family from the church. And we went caving. Our bus to and from Honduras.

We got to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with the Tweed Families. This family holds a special place in our hearts and it was so great to spend a whole day visiting and watching all the kids play together! Our girls and all the David and Melissa Tweed kiddos.
