Handmade in Europe: Flappy and Lucia

Saturday, 11 December 2010. Yesterday, I took Flappy to see my kids "Lucia-tåg". There is no good word for it in English since this is a Swedish tradition that we don't share with any other country, as far as I know. Sorry about the bad pic, but it's SUPPOUSED to be dark when Lucia enters. Lucia was an italian saint and her names day is December 13 (so this was a few days early). The name Lucia derives from the word "lux" wich means light. Flappy was stunned from this solemn occasion! I forgot to mention...
