Under the Sea: Mermaid Party. Since sloan loves the little mermaid, we threw a Mermaid Party for her. I did not use the little mermaid exclusively because I am a fan of all mermaids. We threw the party from 10am - 12pm. I'll let the pictures tell the story. Sloan's teachers made her some signs that we used on the front door to our home. We will try to wear these more than once! Sweet P: 10 months old. Happy 10 months to our beautiful and spirited baby girl! February was an incredibly busy month! My parents came to visit Valentine's weekend! Piper is now 15 months old! She can swim about 5 feet on her own and will reach for the steps/wall and pull herself up! She is amazing in the water! Another amazing thing about Piper is that she has pooped in the potty about 4 times. The most recent time, she sat down and I asked her if she had to poop, she replied "uh huh" so i took off her diaper and she proceeded to poop! Sloan is 3.75! Sloan is now 3.75 years old! She is a wonderful girl to be around with such a big heart. She is about 40" tall and just under 35 lbs. Sloan Violet is FOUR! I cannot believe that I am writing this post. Next year our sweet girl will be getting ready for Kindergarten. Sloan has grown by leaps and bounds this year. She can spell her name (and write it too) and has gotten much better at writing left to right.
