My journey to better nutrition and exercise. But though all this sounds great, I’ve realized something. My journey to better nutrition and exercise. It’s been a week since my last post, and man has it been a roller coaster ride. I finished last week having ran 3 days. Which is pretty good for me. Last weekend, I traveled to Kansas City with work. The problem was that there was so much to do with work, that I wasnt able to keep my routine. I ran 1 1/2 miles this morning. First time ever. My journey to better nutrition and exercise. This has been a good week with some accomplishments. On Sunday morninig I ran 2 miles. I had plenty of rest Saturday night and it felt like my legs were under me. A consistent 10.54 minute mile. I was very glad I was able to do this. This morning however, I was really tired. Up really early and was winded quick. I did finish a complete mile in under 11 minutes. I hope to be back up to 2 soon. Weight = 254.0. No Responses to “Week 3”. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
