Elcome to Rick's Place. This site will serve as a portal to various works and interests of mine. I hope you enjoy this site as much as I did making it. I am a web designer by profession and choice. My basic philospohy toward design is to provide an attractive appearance without sacrificing functionality. Also, the design should suit the venue. For instance, I highly doubt the motif I have going on here would suit IBM, but in an informal locale like Rick's Place (or perhaps a tiki bar! It works pretty well.
