2014 85km Ride

100 Mile Challenge (164ks). Ride the Range is scheduled for March 13th. The 85km ride will be starting at Picnic Point at 630am sharp. You will ride down Flagstone Creek Road meandering through the hills and valleys of the Lockyer Valley past Lower Tenthill and Helidon and returning up Blanchveiw Rd to finish at Picnic Point. On the Day Registrations for the 88km ride will open from 5:00am at Picnic Point on ride day. Ride the Range 2010-2016.

QAS and Emergency Services Queensland have been advised of the event. On the front of your bike number, please clearly list details of any medical conditions that may affect you during the ride. You are adequately prepared for this endurance challenge. Your bike is well maintained and serviced (especially brakes). Ride the Range 2010-2016.

The Finish / Prize Giving. Welcome to Ride the Rakaia. This amazing event is different than any other bike race because you can't do what you can in this event any other day of the week. On Saturday the 27th February 2016 you will ride across the Rakaia River Bridge with up to 1,000 other cyclists all at once, the peloton will be approximately 1 kilometre long and will be in a controlled start until you have crossed the Rakaia River Bridge and the Rakaia Overhead Bridge on State Highway one.
