日本の、そして世界の山をロード、MTBで走る。 今日はメールでの招集がなかったので、店長と二人旅。第一曜日さんのお見送りをうけて出発。 店長がご飯食べたばかりとのだったので、軽い追い風を受けてなるべく長く引くように一定ペースであげる。ようやくレースコンディションに近づいてきたのか自然にケイデンスは100 でよいかんじ。さながら高回転型のNAの軽量スポーツカーだぜ～と回す回す。 走り出してすぐに店長から「サドル下げた？」と聞かれました。 前と比べてずいぶん骨盤が落ち着いたそう。実はポジションはまったくいじってなく（下松さんBG-Fit）のまま。膝痛などもあって自分のペダリングを忘れてたのかもしれません。 いいペースで鎌倉近辺に来たところで人身事故で開かない踏み切りに水を差されたけど、鎌倉の坂で店長をちょいとさす。こういうのぼりスプリントは結構好き。フロントがインナーに入ってたのでもうちょっと踏めたかなぁと。でもこのフレームは踏みふみよりも、回すダンシングのほうがよく進むかも。 瀬谷を過ぎて、新幹線の線路を越えるまでは信号が多く、ストップ＆ゴーの連続。 北鎌倉の坂はクロス車の店長が後ろからスパートz...
