Monday, February 28, 2011. It's Almost Time For Some Irish-American Corned Beef. I am a nerd. I love St. Patrick's Day. I have been to Ireland. I am elated right now that tomorrow is the 1st of March! I can officially make this recipe once a week and not get strange looks. I call this recipe Irish - American because while in Ireland, we ate at a different pub, in a different Irish town every night and no where to be found was anything close to corned beef n cabbage. I still love it. Cider vinegar, 2 tbls.

Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Here are the last little bits from my days touring Siem Reap and the Angkor Wat temple complex. Beautiful music as we approach a quite temple. Their are so many temples and ruins it is just amazing that so many are so well preserved. More blessings for our group and a chance to try Paan, a combination of betel leaf and areca nut. Thursday, December 1, 2011. A super SLO Thanksgiving! It started with a Mo. Half Marathon for me! It was beautiful running along the ocean, down Cannery Row, through old town Monterey. They do an amazing job organizing this event. I shaved 20 minutes off my time. Then we had a little Christmas at Hearst Castle. Everything was so pretty! We had LOTS of family beach fun! With some of our extended family staying in Avila. Tide pool fun with our cousins and our favorite Uncle! Me and my sister Kari!

Sunday, March 25, 2012. Out of All the Fish in the Sea. I finally found the one for me! Or at least my sister Ally did anyway. I've had my fish for awhile. Here's some pictures from her appropriately. She loves the beach. Yep, we had live fish as centerpieces! On the Beach cupcakes made by my sister in law. Sunday, January 20, 2013. Vegan Cream of Spinach Soup. This was an experiment that went Oh So Right! It was surprisingly delicious. I had a TON of spinach.
