Wednesday, March 13, 2013. It's dry after the rain, and much cooler. The big morning dilemma is what to wear. Yesterday I was too warm, today I am a little chilled. To balance it out I walk briskly. This year there is more morning 6AM traffic. I don't know what that means. but it's harder to enjoy the birds. Let it begin with me. A path to peace? Ridgewood, you are glorious at daybreak! I wonder how these coins escape their owners. I feel like Bilbo Baggins when I find a coin. On 3-13 I find 2- 1's.

Thursday, March 21, 2013. It feels like winter. The forecast is for snow. Clumps of snow line the curbs and sidewalks. I am uninspired today. The Ridgewood Runner does her faithful morning rounds. Friday, March 15, 2013. My daughter reminds me that it is the Ides of March and give me the Latin quote. We walk to the High School in the dark. The High School is the focus of the media even this morning, and a news truck is parked across the street and shines a spotlight on the school. I think Et tu Brute? Fitting for the boys who posted pictures of the girls. Bernard makes the ladies morning coffee. There is nobody as cheerful or nice as Bernard. 2 years old already! Monday, March 25, 2013. This morning is not that bad. This morning it is not that good. It is in between bad and good. As I round the corner I see the silhouette of 2 bunnies on the lawn. One hops along in my direction. The morning is now better. Natural pre- dawn light. Sadly, a replacement is already in line. We have the BEST trash men! Don't you know the forecast? The Ridgewood Runner passes me. Triplets on the lawn.brace yourself! There will be more where you come from. What an excellent performance!
