OK, since last time I posted we have had a LOT of firsts and lasts and other "stuff" going on! Here are a smattering. (do you like that word? Last parade for Shrimp at the State Fair. Mom and I made 90ish jars of jam and painted the kitchen. First day of the last year of high school for Shrimp and my "other" son E-man.

Thursday, February 27, 2014. Well It's been a loooong time. I've been so busy with life and homeschooling this blog has just been on a hold for a while. But recently Steve took a short missions trip with a group of his high school students to a wonderful children's home in Beijing. His heart was touched with a precious little boy. Friday, March 30, 2012. Day 6 - First day in Guangzhou. We arrived late last night in Guangzhou and checked into the beautiful Garden Hotel. This is a huge international hotel. LOTS of families here from the states and Europe with their new little darlings. The hotel breakfast buffet (or buffalo as Maylie calls it) was packed full of beautiful Chinese babies and children with their new families. It was like an adoption convention! After breakfast we headed out for Lily's medical exam. Day 5 in Nanchang.
