The journey of our hearts. Processing.it's a process. After having been extremely ill, thankfully i was still able to go to korah and spend one on one time with some of the children.throwing up 8 times and not being able to hold any fluids down for nearly 10 hours, in the extreme heat proved to make me very dehydrated and weak.thankfully, i had lots of down time with some of the weakest and sickest children at korah. Jesus, i would give anything for her healing. Oh this girl. what can i say? I didn't nee...

July 12, 2008. Finally got to get away for a little while. Roxy of course loved the beach, and playing in the water. She grew to love Grady and they played and played all day long. She is a very tired puppy now! It was great to spend time with family and have a vacation all in one! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Fun at the Park.

The journey of our hearts. Just a small town girl givin' a shout out! I love our town! In the past 6 years since our family moved to little Three Lakes, we have come to not only LOVE life in our small town and community, but we are truly thankful for it! Tonight, as the Ledbetter family wrapped up another day volunteering and cheering on the Blue Jays at the Three Lakes hosted basketball tournament, my heart was full. Yes, it was a long day, as all tournament days are, but it was good. oh so good. So thi...

Haircut in the Heat | Daily Mama Overload
https://katemurphymama.wordpress.com/2010/07/09/haircut-in-the-heat
Haircut in the Heat. July 9, 2010 at 8:51 AM. I’m holding my breath on this one, the last thing I need is a huge bill out of left field. Guess I’ll hold my breath and hope for the best. Nothing like a good two hours at a salon to make you feel like a girl again and not just a Mom with kid snarf on my shoulder. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced cut and color, definitely try Karmen Hadley. Thanks for the referral Laura, I’ll definitely be going back. Have a great day friends,. Mom, Kids and Family.

July 13, 2010 at 8:01 AM. Will was up at 6:30 this morning. This is my punishment for a failed nap attempt yesterday. Michael came out of his room fully dressed an hour later (though horribly mis-matched) so I guess not having to put up with his ten pound pee filled pull-up is my reward to balance out the early morning. Michael had a good time at camp yesterday and I’m eager to get him over there again this morning. Have a great day,. Entry filed under: Daily Mama Overload. Mom, Kids and Family. You are ...

Sickness on Saturday | Daily Mama Overload
https://katemurphymama.wordpress.com/2010/07/11/sickness-on-saturday
July 11, 2010 at 8:25 AM. He had two baths (after each episode) and spent most his time in the tub on his back with his eyes closed. There couldn’t have been more than six inches of water in the tub. What I wouldn’t give to know what was going on in that two-year old head of his? I’m for-fitting my typical Sunday Dunkin run (in light of my Vow of Poverty since the A/C bill from hell) so do I go back to sleep when Eddie wakes up and takes over or do I go running before it gets nasty outside? You are comme...
