For a few years now I have said over and over again that the business model on which Groupon, Living Social and all these other copy cat “daily deal” sites are based is the worst model ever. Why would you pay to give your product services away? Teresa Novellino at Upstart Business Journal. Those payouts and the exiting CEO’s letter to employees angered Loren Feldman of 1938Media who released a video rant (below) against Groupon.
