Please note that rates vary based on several factors, including season, demand, operating costs, etc., and are subject to change at any time. Weekly rates are $700. Saturday to Saturday, with the following transaction terms. Moose week rates are $950 (book early - we get high demand for moose weeks! With the following transaction terms. All rentals shorter than 30 days are subject to State of Maine sales tax (8%). Valid credit card to hold reservation. 50% deposit to confirm (by credit card or PayPal).

As one can expect from Aroostook County, the trails are magnificent. ITS 73 is literally right in the front yard and crosses the property through the driveway. It was groomed to perfection! One can access anywhere you want to go right from the property. Even though it was winter, I can only imagine what the summer time is like here. The Fish River is located right in the back yard and is gorgeous. I would suspect the fishing would be spectacular. We had a great time and the trails were great. Weather...
