Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Just want to say I really, really hated this play. Terribly boring. Also, I don't think it would constitute as a tragedy. Who here is falling from grace and power? I don't really see it. Nor do I understand what happened. All I know is the Bride got married to the Bridegroom, ran away with Leonardo, everyone went looking for them, then the Bridegroom and Leonardo are suddenly muertos. Whaaaat? Right now - who was a horse? I'll have to keep reading this terrible book to find out.

One thing I noticed is that Gilbert takes a lot more words to say the same things. All his passages are significantly longer than Ward's.
