Monday’s Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I was home alone all day on Monday, and I was to fend for myself. OH NO! 🙂 I decided to document my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything turned out really yummy, and it was all so quick and easy. I’m going to try and do a ‘breakfast/lunch/dinner’ post every Monday. Or at least every once and a while! Mmmm, starfruit. So crunchy and juicy and delicious. I had a bag of frozen blueberries left over from Matt’s birthday muffins. Simple quick easy healthy breakfast.
