Eat to nourish your body, move on a daily basis, and play often! Monday, February 15, 2016. Today marks day 15 of my Elimination Diet. This morning I weighed 143.6 lbs. Almost 2 weeks ago I started at 150 lbs. I'm keeping a food diary but not tracking quantity. At most I exercise 4 times a week. Anything worth having will take some work and willpower. I tweaked a recipe in my diet and it looks like this:. 1 cup of blueberries. 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk. 1 TBSP raw almond butter. Chopped dates (I use about 1/4 cup). After blending the above all together, I add 1 TBSP of chia seeds. Delish! This week will be a trip to my naturopath to discuss how I will start incorporating foods to test. Stay tuned! My name...
