Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Riley is practicing his patterning with weaving. Try it: just weave a few ribbons through a cookie cooling rack or laundry basket. Isaac making spaghetti letters with yarn. At 31/2 years he knows upper and lower case letters and their sounds. He surprised me the other day and wrote his name all by himself. Monday, September 20, 2010. I cannot believe how all of a sudden you look taller, act so smart, and are so handsome since you've turned 4. We've been planning on Lightening McQueen all year but as the frosting was melting and I was frantic about getting it done before the party goers arrived, things were looking a little grim.
