It is very much necessary for the participators/team members of a trekking group to know why accident happens during a trekking program. The time selected for trekking was not proper for that particular route. They have focused much more on the demands of plains; office leaves etc. and then went to hill. So an easy/moderate route became dangerous during improper time. Often members didn’t respect the bad weather and continued ascending.
