Cooking for everyone (La cuisine pour tout le monde). Apple cake with no eggs. Tonight I propose a cake recipe with apples without eggs is a simple and easy preparation to achieve. The recipes without eggs are for people who have an allergy to eggs and vegetarian. You can replace the milk with the same dose. 1 tbsp white vinegar. Preheat oven to 180 C. Butter and flour the pan. Cut the apple into slices and lemon juice. Mix sugar, oil, milk and flour with yeast and add the vinegar. Serve your cold cake.

Chai is of course usually a milky spiced tea but after a bad nights sleep I was craving some coffee and that’s how this treat was born. You can enjoy it hot straight away or cool it in the fridge for an iced coffee. Chai coffee latte (makes 1). 1 tbs coffee granules.

Served with a fresh salad and a healthier cheese dip they make for a nice lunch or party nibbles. Just make sure you don’t cook this on a first date as it is just one of the messiest foods to eat…. BBQ chicken wings with feta dip (serves 4). Salt and freshly ground pepper. 1 tbs melted butter. 1 tbs garlic powder. Half tbs dried thyme. Pinch of chilli powder. 150 ml BBQ sauce.
