The inspector decided that yes, in fact, we can afford to do all of our remodeling for the amount of money that we have allotted. Our mortgage lady has said that when she gets the report from the inspector (he said Monday) that 5 days later that we would be able to close. I guess we'll see if Nena (our mortgage consultant) gets the report on Monday. We'll update as we go. Wednesday, August 13, 2008.
