Dopo tanti patimenti ecco l’arrivo ufficiale della primavera, il vento di phoen spazza via e asciuga, la natura si risveglia, primi fiori si vedono sul manto erboso e soprattutto le gemme delle nostre vigne cominciano a muoversi. Giornate splendide, colori che appagano l’occhio, ci prepariamo per l’inizio della stagione 2015. In mezzo ai vigneti: tarassaco, trifoglio e i “non ti scordar di me”. Risveglio delle gemme del nebbiolo.

Побывал в Турине (столице Пьемонта), потом поездка в Долину Аосты, снова вернулся в Пьемонт. Впечатленний масса, надеюсь поделиться позже. Сейчас снова (как и в 2010 году) нахожусь в винодельческом хозяйстве RIVETTO. Вот как выглядит сорт Неббиоло (Barolo Serralunga).
