She drew the outline then went around it with black PVA. We used calico as the material and that was different to drawing on paper. We also designed and made bridges . Can you see us testing the strength of our bridges? During our Space unit we made paper mache planets. It took us several weeks to complete them. Art, Art Art.

In the cave I saw a bear. I shot the bear. I took it home to my house and I cooked it up. I saw a snail, it was going slow and I saw a sea horse. I love my Gran. We love using mathletics as it helps us to work out our number facts in our heads. We enjoy doing mathletics live where we race against other people in our class or even in other parts of the world! We have successfully matched all the numbers up to 100 on the floor mat. Now we can read them and find them.

These artworks were sourced from private and public collections throughout New Zealand. Esther taught us how to mold the clay and make people.
