http://sopranointhecity.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Soprano in the City. Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Just for your Josie! Friday, May 16, 2008. I before e except after c.sound familiar? Perhaps I am being a bit hypocritical, but lately one of my biggest pet peeves is people spelling the word "receive" like this: "recieve". AHHHHHHH! I am not selling anything, except for my brilliant ideas and the price is free! So, we shall review this:. Oh, just one more for a word I saw misspelled at a deli:. Dessert: "the sweet course eaten at the end of a meal". Evan, Ha...

Soprano in the City: April 2008
http://sopranointhecity.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Soprano in the City. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. To the creeps that ripped down my recital posters:. Or perhaps you don't realize that I have the utmost respect for all instrumentalist, seeing as I have learned how to play every single instrument in the orchestra since I also have a degree in education. And for this reason I have sung with various instrumentalist throughout my vocal studies. Ah yes, it is all so much clearer now! The fear is what drove you to do it of course. Thursday, April 24, 2008. Life ...

http://sopranointhecity.blogspot.com/2008/09/fummer-or-if-you-prefer-sall.html
Soprano in the City. Sunday, September 21, 2008. Fummer or (if you prefer) Sall. There is something about smells that bring back memories. Here are some Karen associations:. Exhaust = New Orleans/childhood. Freshly cut grass = summer. Freesia = show choir. Paprika = Hungary (of course! Bergamot coriander = Evan. Dead fish = Venice. And the one related to now is. Burning wood grass = Fummer or (if you prefer) Sall. Enjoy it while you can, my friends, it only last for a short time! I adore it as much as you.

Soprano in the City: Rejected by email
http://sopranointhecity.blogspot.com/2008/07/rejected-by-email.html
Soprano in the City. Wednesday, July 9, 2008. So I have been interviewing all over and for all different types of jobs. The process is excruciating and not only have I gone through a lot of mental strain but also a ton of gas. Meaning, I have also put in a ton of money. Ah my friends, it is rough to be professional with these people when they don't have the spunk to send personal letter. What a fracking joke. If i'm up and blogging again, i want more from you too, woman! Thanks for the welcome back :).

Soprano in the City: October 2007
http://sopranointhecity.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Soprano in the City. Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Seeing the world without glasses. If you are a contact and/or glasses wearer as I am, then I am sure you can relate to this thought. When I wake up in the morning, or even when I just take off my glasses for a moment, the world has a tendency to blur. Normally it isn't something I recommend, until I looked outside my window today. With my glasses on I see this:. Friday, October 26, 2007. If you were gay, that would be okay. In the news of my life, I have le...

Soprano in the City: June 2008
http://sopranointhecity.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Soprano in the City. Friday, June 20, 2008. Is this good for my inner wino? So, I have found a summer job! I am working part time for a wine distributor. That's right, if you buy wine in Ohio I probably sold it to the people who sold it to you.or one of my associates. Anyway, this doesn't mean I can buy cases and cases from them to feed the inner wino, but I am learning about all these different brands and how the process works. Sunday, June 8, 2008. Not a typical question for an interview, but then I kn...

Better a witty fool than a foolish wit. Jul 13th, 2015. Two great tastes that go great together? Fic on tumblr, and because she wants to destroy me, texted me and left me raging at her in capslock over how heartbreakingly good it was. What a jerk. And then I got to the two-part finale and had a Thought. Rory Williams becomes Rory the Roman becomes the Lone Centurion. He tries so desperately to do the right thing, to be himself and be his BEST self and to overcome the Nestene programming, but he fails...

not the Doctor Who griping you're looking for - a broken pencil
http://sadcypress.livejournal.com/617481.html
Better a witty fool than a foolish wit. Not the Doctor Who griping you're looking for. I am getting cranky about Doctor Who. Again But it's all REACTIONARY crankiness because I'm thinking of all the complaints I hear about the show in recent seasons. As I've said before, I wouldn't mind so much if the tone of the Moffat-hate (because that's what it is) were ever presented with even a basic YMMV disclaimer. And maybe some people do! In a tiny corner, with little banners with Eleven's face on them. Amy, fi...
