Welcome to our Recipes Page! We are HUGE pasta lovers! In fact, one of Claudia's favorite comfort foods is noodles and butter. However, this is the one pasta sauce that she will ALWAYS have a second helping of even when noodles and butter are available. It's a little bit "putzy" to make, but well worth the time, and it is almost BETTER served the next day as leftovers as the flavors seem to blend together even more. 1/8 cup bacon ends, diced. 1 medium onion, finely chopped. 4 cloves garlic, chopped.

However, Ed had been making wine and was surrounded by a rich heritage of vineyard tending since his childhood days in Southwest Michigan.
