Sunday, January 29, 2012. Happy Chinese New Year. Gong Hey Fat Choy" - Happy Chinese New Year! My parents came over for the weekend and celebrated Chinese new year with us. While Ben and I were at the temple, the kids made lanterns and learned about Chinese New Year. We all got NEW shirts, because you get something "new" on new years. Sunday, June 3, 2012. We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Ben and I were so mad that we didn’t take any pictures. It would have been an awesome post, but here is the run down just so we can remember. Friday - 1. Met Dennis' girlfriend. 2 Played games and ate "healthy" junk-food. Saturday - 1. Took the kids out to a Chinese buffet (The Royal) for lunch, so yummy. Very impressed at how well-behaved my kids were at the restaurant. 2 I gave a talk at a convert baptism. Monday - 1. Cleaned the house.

Sunday, May 17, 2009. In the same weekend as Caden's blessing, the girls had their first dance recital together! It was so adorable, and it was fun having all the family their cheering them on. It is a small town in the great northwest that is centered directly 3 hours from Ben's family and my family. So, it's a good compromise. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. A whopping 6 lbs 13 oz and 18" long. Sunday, April 26, 2009 @ 1:22 PM. Took a nap, relaxed, hung out for a while. I love who ever invented the epidural! Even the after pains didn't hurt at all. The only hiccup was that Caden was stuck and I had to push for 1 1/2 hours. I was pretty tired by the end of it. Sunday, July 14, 2013. When I asked Chris what kind of birthday party he wanted this year.I was so excited when he said he wanted a MOVIE birthday party. I thought sweet, the kids will just watch a movie. They did play a couple of little games to earn tickets for the concession stand - bean bag toss for popcorn, dinosaur bowling for a pop, then they had to pop a balloon filled with tickets for candy! So his brother got his old bike, now they all can ride bikes.YAY! Posted by Our Family. What a fun party.

Monday, May 5, 2014. Caden's "Lego Movie" Birthday Party. I can't believe my little guy is 5 yrs old now. Soon he will be going to Kindergarten. All my kids LOVE legos, so having a lego party was just what he wanted. I have to admit, I really love planning my kids birthday parties. Thanks mom for scoring some lego candy at Winco).
