It was a solo ride(Ralphy had to pick-up 'the misses' and the little one at the airport) in the rain, and everything seemed to be clicking. Got my new race wheels laced up with some rubber, so the 'race bike'(with all the carbon thrown on) makes its debut this Sat in the RR, Ill try and throw a pic up. Can anyone explain to me the new craze of www.facebook.com. And why it's so popular now?

A couple weeks ago my parents came out to BC to watch me race. After the race we decided that it would be best for me to go home, mainly due to the lack of RR's. In BC area in May/June. So 9 days ago I drove home with my parents back home to Stead. .where I am currently typing. A couple interesting reads about the team i was riding for here.

Starting throwing in the intervals last week, and by this week the legs are starting to get familiar with the efforts.
