When I really want to exercise, I like to listen to music. When I’m feeling happy, Aaron Copeland can have me prancing around the track at a nice little clip. His Hoedown. Or All American Rejects. When I need a boost of inspiration to even get out, I listen to something like Fanfare for the Common Man. Or Chariots of Fire. Or a little Bill Conti.
