Tuesday, December 30, 2008. So my 'winter break' was pretty sweet. Didn't have to work on Xmas eve, so I went home Tuesday night, hung out with Jay and Lore a bunch, had Wafflehouse for the first time ever with Sheena and Jay, and it turns out I gained about 4 pounds. I painted my room last week, and now I'm on the hunt for new curtains, and hopefully a…duvet. Shit looks tight, can't wait to paint everything else I don't like. I need a waffle iron, and perhaps I can gain 4 more pounds. I miss this week.

I've been doing research the past few days on the most effective, yet healthy way to trim some fat and lose a few pounds. I'm tired and about to sleep but it will consist of:. 4-5 meals but smaller portions with less emphasis on lunch. Increased consumption of whole grain and non-refined foods. 1 day a week of red meat, 3 days of fish. Jogging at least 3 days a week for 30 mins. Drinking 1 nalgene water bottle a day.
