Day 1 starts at approximately 6:45 am, Monday, July 15, 2013. I woke up ravenously hungry, I didn’t eat much yesterday and went to bed quite early. Due to the stress and parties, and lack of scheduled meal times and a positive environment, I found myself not eating for most of the day. This WordPress.com site is the bee's knees. My Journey (Day by Day). Well, Day 2 has already started off interesting. Last night my husband and I binged on Pizza and wings. I must’ve eatin 9 fried, breaded, buffalo wings and half of a large pie. Disgusting I know! It’s been 8 hours since (after a full nights rest) and I’m still burping up pizza, GROSS. Well, I stepped on the same scale I used yesterday where I was 117.75 and guess what! How the hell does that make any sense? And my body is super sore....
