Sunday, September 14, 2008. Worst Race T-Shirt Ever. Road to St. George. Saturday, September 6, 2008. That's the the name of the triathlon that I did today (I Can Tri). It was a really fun experience, even though I am dead tired right now. The swim was 1/4th of a mile. The bike was 9 miles. And the run was 3 miles with one VERY steep hill. I am not a great swimmer and that was the farthest I have ever swam (grammar? Me Before the Race at the transition area. I was the 2nd to last person to enter the pool.

Monday, May 21, 2007. I ended up running an 8 minute mile pace for my race and finishing with a time of 24:00. It was quite a fun race. 2 of the 3 miles were on a bike path along a river. The path was very scenic. Finishing along with 2 boys and a girl that couldn't have been older than 10 was somewhat humbling though. Our 5k happened to be the last 3 miles of the half and full marathons that were being run at the same time as our race. Off the topic of running:. Road to St. George. Friday, May 18, 2007.
