I woke up with a headache this morning that hung around all day long. I ate quite oddly today, not terrible, just odd. I didn't feel like much for breakfast so I had a container of my new love, Pineapple Chobani. Guess who also loves Pineapple Chobani. Check out all of the bags of peanuts! For lunch I had an unsweet. 1/2 of a peach. 1/2 of a banana.

I have no idea what happened to all of the photos on my memory stick. I reviewed them on my camera and then POOF.they disappeared. I had a beautiful bowl of autumn apple nut oats this morning. I made my usual. I wish I could show you. For lunch I took the easy route and heated up an Amy's Organic Indian meal. Nothing fancy.

Chris brought home a slice of cheesecake (shipped directly from Brooklyn) and it was sitting in the refrigerator calling my name. 1/3 cup old fashioned oats cooked with 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup milk, pinch of salt and 1/2 of a sliced banana. Melted into a frosting. We did several back bends. Kath Eats Real Food.

I have access to some pretty great back roads in the middle of nowhere, sort of near the Sanford Airport. It's always quiet with long stretches of road. My first stop was to see what was happening at Lake Jessup Park. I pulled up near the boat ramp to check it out. And not surprisingly, people had gone fishin'.
