1/4 cup organic 2% fat cottage cheese. 1/4 cup organic, non-GMO Greek yogurt (flavored)*. 2 Tablespoons fresh-ground flax seeds (Golden or Brown)*. I left out the flaxseed oil, which most recipes call for, which I believe to be too expensive, and flaxseed oil does not contain us much nutritional benefit as does the ground flax seeds.
