All seemed fine, got a couple of sensible userbillity suggestions and then a problem. The problem was only in IE8, a horizontal scrollbar was showing where none should be, in a UL. The same report came back, caching? A quick double check showed the files were exactly the same.

Div id="namespace.domain.element". Namespace.domain.element {. Does not work, nor does any combination of. Namespace .domain .element {. That's right, escape the dot with a backslash. Seems that this form of id notation was perfectly valid in CSS1 but not with the advent of selectors in CSS2. Learn something new everyday.

Rob @ earthware.co.uk. Tuesday, 12 October 2010. MapCruncher cache, hidden from view. Map tiles were out of date for a the mapcruncher. Task I needed to perform. So I added a new /tiles. Folder to my local machine and added in the updated imagery, converted and renamed the tiles. Format jpeg *.png. FOR /R . %F in (*.jpeg) do move % xnF . h% nxF. Then set the hosts. File to claim the tile server as my local machine. 127001 h0.ortho.tiles.virtualearth.net. Clear cache, no change. My tiles are loaded.

Rob @ earthware.co.uk. Wednesday, 2 February 2011. No rows were deleted. ORLY? Set up an archive TRIGGER to save deleted records in clone tables. Worked fine in test but on the live server when I tried to test the trigger by deleting a row I got the error message. No rows were deleted. A problem occurred attemptin to delete row 4. Error Source: Microsoft.VisualStudio.DataTools. Error Message: The row value(s) updated or deleted either do not make the row unique or they alter multiple rows(2rows).
