SERVING GOD IN ALL THAT WE DO! Thursday, August 13, 2009. It was a Monday afternoon, I was sitting in my kitchen with my Grandma, just visiting when the phone rang. It was an unfamiliar number but I decided to answer it anyway. What happened after that changed me, humbled me and made me realize you never know what God is going to bring in a day. SERVING GOD IN ALL THAT WE DO! Monday, July 27, 2009. In June we got to go camping with Mike brother and sister and their families. We went to Hoffmaster State Park. What a beautiful park, right on Lake Michigan. We had great weather, good food and lots of fun. Here are some photos of our weekend. Myra's first swim in Lake Michigan :}. Mike and his bro Matt. Sunday, December 21, 2008. Last tue. evening we went to a live nativity scene in St. Mary's. It was very pretty and well done. It was a perfect night for it and just as they were reading the part of a star appearing in the sky, I looked up and there was a single bright star to the E. Made me tingle inside. They had all the animals. Goats, sheep, and cattle. Lots of people were there to take this in. Makes you reflect on God's gift to the world. Your blog is feel good. December 21, 2008 at 8:49 PM.

Sunday, December 21, 2008. RIVER STREET IN SAVANNAH. We got to Savannah and spent 4 nights. These are shots from River Street. There was a restored old sailing ship that a tribe of Indian's had restored and were using as a gospel outreach instrument. It was neat and very interesting. Some of the tribe members were on board and witnessing for God. This is a Hyatt-Regency Hotel across the river from town. Check out the yachts moored out in front. Monday, March 31, 2008. Well again its been awhile since my last post, so thought I would give everyone a quick update. We left Country Oaks on March 14th and headed for Alabama to meet up with Deb's cousin Al. Had a great get together with Al and his family at Smith Lake, Alabama. He brought his 18' Bayliner with him and we went for about a 17 mile ride on the lake. Even Sam liked it. Tuesday, December 25, 2007. HE WENT TO JERROD'S. Mom needed a new watch and we picked up a new one that she liked. I called it her Christmas present. He went to Wal-MART! Sunday, December 23, 2007. 8211; April 13. Was the bombardment and surrender of Fort Sumter. Near Charleston, South Carolina. That began the American Civil War. The fort is maintained by the parks service and a guide meets you at the dock and gives about a 10 minute talk about the fort before you are left on your own to explore. Moutrie...

Thursday, November 29, 2007. DAY 1 and 2, OUTBOUND. Well, as anything we plan, we finally got started Wed. Nov 28 at 11:00 am instead of 9:00 am, but at least we are on the road.
