The peninsula flanking our house contains the Robberg Nature Reserve and extends some 4 km eastwards into the sea. It acts as our natural barrier against the prevailing winds and seas. It is a protected area managed by Cape Nature, our provincial conservation authority, with stunning walks and picnic sites. Scenic drives and things to do. Scenic drives are abundant, but here are some favourites:. Kranshoek picnic site, overlooking cliffs and sea. Harkerville Trail (Day trip). Storms River Mouth Trails.

A minimum period of 14 days is required in high season. Rates vary according to length of stay and size of party. The house is best suited for 8 people. A weekly gardening service maintains the garden and another one the pool. The rent includes Caroline, our housekeeper. If additional staff are needed this will be arranged. Pets are not permitted. Smoking in the house is not permitted. A copy of the lease can be made available on request. R8,500 - R11,000 / day. R5,500 - R8,000 / day.
