Friday, December 17, 2010. Already planning for next year! Next Christmas will be even better. Our daughter Billie Jo and her family are planning to come home for Christmas! Now we will really have a housefull! No pressure Billie, but we will have a count down, and make sure everyone knows! My love to all of our family. Thursday, June 30, 2011. Here's another recipe.maybe I'm just hungry! Chocolate Chip Pecan Cheeseball. 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature. 1/2 C butter, room temperature. 1 C powdered sugar. 2 T brown sugar. 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring. 1/2 C plus 3 T. mini chocolate chips. 1/2 C pecans, finely chopped. In a mixing bowl cream the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and brown sugar and blend well. Mix in the vanilla and 1/2 C. mini chocolate chips, scraping the sides.
