Rob Blog: South Africa's Garden Route: Port Elizabeth to Cape To

http://robbloggin.blogspot.com/2014/09/south-africas-garden-route-port.html

Tuesday, September 30, 2014. South Africa's Garden Route: Port Elizabeth to Cape To. Cape Recife, Port Elizabeth. There is a light house in the far right. Donkin Square, PE. This is the tallest flagpole in the world and the flag is the size of a tennis court. The Pyramid on the right is a memorial to the late wife of Sir Rufane Donkin. Her name was Elizabeth, thus the Port was names after her! He wrote on the Memorial that there never has been a more perfect Human to ever live! We stayed here while in PE.

Baker's Bulletin: September 2014

http://bakersbulletin.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

Wednesday, September 24, 2014. There was a lot of cousin time in July with the Goods visiting from California. These fun girls enjoyed a few sleepovers at Grandma Bakers, and trips to the splash pad. London loved every minute. We visited the Museum of Natural Curiosity again. London and Madi enjoyed some magic. I love Madi's little fingers poking out of her magical hat. ;). My cute Beehives all tangled up. The girls visited the dentist, and this was Madi's first time. She did so great! I got home from ca...

Thursday, August 6, 2015. BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California. Here he is.Mr. Federer. Have I mentioned that I love him? We were lucky to get to see him the first day play in a doubles match. It was an amazing experience to see him walk out on the court, practice, then play. Amazing! Steve made sure I had the proper RF accessory for the tournament. I loved wearing that hat. We watched Number 1 Novac Djokovic play that first night as well. Inside the big arena watching Number 1 Serena Williams.

Baker's Bulletin: April 2014

http://bakersbulletin.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html

Tuesday, April 8, 2014. Brooklyn turned 8 years old January 29th. I got these pictures of her before she headed out to school on her birthday. Eight years old.wow! This was a hard birthday for me. It was an emotional one for Steve and I. Brooklyn doesn't need to be baptized because of her special needs. Plenty of special needs people still do get baptized, but Brooklyn wouldn't have been able to handle it. She is a celestial being already. I can't wait to know her after the resurection. Mary and Joseph w...

Saturday, March 2, 2013. Randy and I celebrated our 17th anniversary this past weekend with what is becoming our traditional stay-cation here in Vegas. We took off pretty early in the afternoon and went to a movie. It was great, it wasn't animated or anything. Then we had some food at the Yardhouse and headed downtown. We love, love, love the Cosmo so we stayed there and this was the amazing view from our room. 56 floors up looking over the Bellagio fountains. On Saturday, March 02, 2013. On February 16t...

The R&B Weaver's: Christmas 2013

http://rbweaver.blogspot.com/2013/12/christmas-2013_29.html

Sunday, December 29, 2013. Christmas came and went quietly at the Weaver house this year-exactly as we like it! Retail kind of kills some of the Christmas fun, but we were still able to find time to spend with each other and do all of the things we love. We even had Aunt J-Me here to celebrate with us. I can't tell you the last time we had family with us during the Holidays, so that was really fun for us. Ryen's favorite gift this year was her Buffy the Vampire Slayer poster. Saturday, January 4, 2014. I don't know what it is, but lately I have totally gone country! It could be my love of this show. Or could be this guy. Could be this gal. Could be this guy too. I just like looking at this guy. Probably started with this gal. I am pretty sure it started with my Carrie Underwood station on Pandora and then I heard the song Austin. From Blake Shelton and then it was We Were Us. On Saturday, January 04, 2014. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Brandi- I am mom and lately I am j...

Sunday, July 12, 2009. The lighter side of technology. I was at a loss for what to do as a podcast! I normally am not at a loss for things to talk about so I went with one of my favorite pass times which is basically reading jokes made about computer users, computers, and the technology in an around a computer. I did not wan this to turn into a Mac vs. PC debacle so I chose humorous computer terminology definitions. Hope you enjoy them. Excel Chart #1 using Jing. This is the type of demonstration. Our Gospel reading today was the account of Jesus meeting the Samaritan woman at the well, at noon. I found my preparation of the passage challenged my attitude towards the woman, and also challenged me to see Jesus in a different light. Will my worshipping change? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
