The times and travels of a Northern lass. 8220;Earthwatch is an international environmental charity which is committed to conserving the diversity and integrity of life on earth to meet the needs of current and future generations.”. As a new mission, as part of my a Roller Derby training, I have taken it upon myself to do more towards becoming fitter. I am not, however, focusing on my food intake. I’m a strong believer in not giving up my diet (which in the grand scheme of things isn’t the worst anyway) plus I want to prove it’s exercise that matters. Day 1 – Bring on the hench! This evening the heavens have opened in to what can only be described as an English storm… Thunder is rumbling in the distance so tonight a run is out of the question. So my question is what cardio do people recommend that you can do without too much equipment? I have hand weights, my houses staircase and a pull up bar. August 18, 2014 at 9:06 pm.
