Friday, July 17, 2015. Lainey's Big Girl Bed. Our little one is now in a big girl bed! It's so hard to believe we don't have a crib in our house anymore. She has spent 3 nights in her bed so far, and has done a great job. Naps have been a success also! We opted for a toddler bed for Lainey versus a regular bed, like we got for Leighton. We felt this was a safer option based on her personality ;). She was so excited! I couldn't get her to sit still for even a second for a picture- haha! She is so proud!

Monday, December 30, 2013. A Merry Little Christmas! We had a very special Christmas this year with our girls! Here are a few pictures of our week of celebrating our Lord and Savior this Christmas Season :) with our loved ones! In front of the Christmas tree at Naddy's. Before we hit the road for Asheboro, John and I were running around like crazy, so I asked Leighton to help and put on Lainey's socks :)- melt.my.mommy.heart. Never a dull moment with this crew cousin Caroline, Uncle Zack and Leighton.

Saturday, June 13, 2015. Beach Week with Dear Friends. Last week was a special week for us- it was our yearly trip with dear friends to the beach. We go with mom's and kids for 5 days and just spend days on the beach, cook at the house, and relax. The kids had a great time, as did we! Lainey loved chasing birds! Life as a new family of FOUR! Sunday, June 26, 2011. Carson at FIVE Months! WOW-Carson is almost 6 months old! Time is flying and moving a bit too fast! Carson seems to do something new everyday and she has the best personality! I honestly can't get enough of her! I rush to get out of work everyday so I can see her BIG grin when I walk in at daycare-it's the best feeling to see her face light up when she sees me! I am so excited to start making her real food :). We love those nights! It is very fun!

Life as a new family of FOUR! Monday, December 5, 2011. Carson at TEN Months! We are quickly approaching the 1 year mark! And we LOVE it! Carson continues to be such a gift. She brings so much love to our home. At TEN months Carson. Continues to sleep great-she takes 2 2hr naps a day and sleeps from around 7pm until 6:30 am and sometimes later on the weekends :) Of course, naps are always shorter at daycare ;). She LOVES to eat! Walker and I just returned from an awesome week with our friends Meredith and Charlie! I survived the road trip solo with a toddler (no, I don't have any stellar tips except "keep calm and carry on"). Walker and Charlie are best of buddies and played so well together. We had a ball going from house to house and getting candy then trying to eat it between houses while running. :) Mommy and Noni made the Halloween costume and I am so excited it turned out!
