Salı, Nisan 09, 2013. Dünden pilav kalmıştı. Bakliyat yemem gerekiyordu. Mercimekle karıştırıp salata yaptım. Nefis oldu. O salatayı her pilav ertesi yapacağım bundan sonra. Şimdiye kadar hep taze soğana denk getirmeye çalışırdım ya da dışarı çıkıp taze soğan almam lazım diye yapmazdım. Bugün aklıma geldi, çiğden kuru soğanla yaptım. Gayet güzel oldu. Sumak da koydum. Kalmış pilav güzel olmuyor ya böyle değerlendirilebilir. Böyle böyle alışıyor insan ev işlerine. 1,5 kahve fincanı Bailey's. 1,5 bardak süt.
