Friday, June 29, 2012. Family at the wedding. In the beginning of June my cousin got married. Almost my entire extended family on my dad's side was there. It was great to see everyone and spend some quality time together in something other than sweatpants! Here's about half of my cousins on my dad's side. Saturday, November 3, 2012. Quality time with my man :). I'm a bit behind on my postings, but here's a late recap on some great time spent with my wonderful husband. :). My birthday was a few weeks ago and I was blessed with so many well-wishes from family and friends. Matt and I went on a date-night for dinner and a grocery-store trip without kids! Thanks to Mom and Dad for babysitting. :). It was really fun. Alyssa and I went wedding dress shopping (sorry Brian no pics of this! It was a great trip!

Monday, April 30, 2012. The picture is blurry, but you can still see the guilty caught-in-the-act look Parker is giving Matt as he sneaks in the dog food! Murphy is patiently waiting for Parker to drop him some food! Parker continues to try to get into the dog food almost every 15 minutes, every single day. We've even tried ignoring him, and taking Murphy away - instead Parker just tried to eat the dog food! This will make for some memorable stories later, and a few extra calories now :). The other night, I was out at book club and I got a text message from Matt saying: "Stay as late as you want. I have everything under control." That made me a bit nervous just reading that, but THEN I saw the attached two pictures and I lost it! Cant wait to share these stories with them when they are 17 ;). Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Rock, paper, scissors - Rock! After Matt finished staining the deck, he wanted to finish it off by putting a small border of rock around it. This would prevent damage from the weed-whacker and prevent critters from getting underneath the deck. Matt prefers rock to mulch because it lasts longer and doesnt get blown away by the blower. So I went and got Matt and edger to help make the process go quicker and be more precise. He laid the edging down. All smiles with the rocks :).
