Life in the Nest. Family, friends, and life in general. Sunday, May 10, 2015. Today, May 10, 2015, is Mother's Day. It's also been 7 months since Elzie June Pattillo joined our family. I started this blog on Mother's Day 2009 - my first Mother's Day as a mom. Since then, I've done fairly well at updating it every month or so. That is until Elzie was born! How is it that seven months have passed since her birth? Benjamin Felix and Elzie June are two of my greatest blessings. And I am so grateful.

We eat there once a week and this week we ate there twice! Not sure how I feel about that, but oh well, it's so good! I usually get an eight count chicken nuggets, fries, and fruit cup. Then H and I split it. I eat the fries and she eats the fruit. I am not holding back on her either, she really doesn't like the fries! Links to this post.

Here is a video of Cass practicing names of his family members (he's almost got Mom's side down, and needs to start working on Dad's). Also captured a couple cute pix of both kids this week.
