Let the games begin! Final Robot –To Be Assessed. Our final design consisted of a two wheeled, rear wheel drive vehicle that used two cable ties as a pivot point for the front of the robot to rest. The smooth plastic surface against the smooth arena gave us a low friction point of contact. Our robot, although it didn’t look pretty, was a surprisingly solid design, that was easy to make, easy to fix, and very sturdy, surviving multiple falls off the arena onto the floor.
